Hydragen invites Oxydoomer – 16/06/2022
for her monthly show, Hydragen invites the up-and-coming DJ duo Oxydoomer. Known for combining their euphoric live DJ sets with utopian performance art, Oxydoomer blurs the line between party and fantasy. “We are Oxy and Doomer, Travelers, ravers from planet OxyDoom. We present our fast and bubbly mini-mix featuring our favorite breakcore and techno tracks.”
“Oxy and Doomer were born together in OxyDoom, somewhere in the universe , far far away from planet earth. They were born as one body, but had opposite souls so they divided into two seperate beings. Doomer had the properties of doom and destruction, Oxy had the properties of birth and life, and the two beings were like yin and yang to each other. Because each other’s existence was essential for them, they started singing and raving at planet oxydoom, which was a holy ritual for their solidarity. One day, while partying around the universe, they made a crash landing on Earth. They decided to build a temporary shelter to explore and rave through the chaotic, hectic but interesting planet called Earth.”
