Chad Deere, also known as DJ Spaldin, hails from the Southern Suburbs of Chicago, specifically the known as The Heights area. His musical journey began with a deep appreciation for Ghetto House Footwork & Juke, inspired by watching his cousin DJ Solo alongside DJ Clent, DJ KILL & DJ JAY R create music in the basement of his cousins DJ Solo’s apartment.
In 2003, he was introduced to the Akai MPC 2000XL, sparking his passion for producing Footwork and Juke music. Since then, he has collaborated with DJ KBANGZ and DJ KESE and a mountain of other 160 JUKE & FOOTWORK creators, continuing to craft dynamic and innovative sounds in the music scene.
