Known for his dynamic sets blending house and techno, his sound is rooted in influences from Detroit and the powerful British musical wave of the ’90s. A cultural activist, he drives the electronic music scene in Latin America through his collective, ATARAXIS.

DJ Mashu embodies the spirit of house music, he began his DJ career in 2018, bringing house and UK Garage sounds to Bogotá’s dance floors. His sets have been featured at venues like Mad Radio, Antisistema, Radio Berlín, and Video Club. In 2020, he founded locosxelbeat.co, a platform dedicated to promoting electronic culture through online radio, news, events, workshops, and soon, a magazine.
