This instalment No Air Types revisits the live DJ archives of Houses in Motion, an underground house label founded by Issa (aka Oliver Francis) and Xander Byng. Established in 2014/15 in Naarm, the label’s roots were grounded in a strong DIY ethic, community engagement/ connection, and a sincere exploration of house music as a sonic refuge. The following two mixes presented were both recorded during the establishment of the label throughout 2014-15, live from a series of DIY parties based in North Melbourne. Long live club 598 x
