This album, conceived in parallel with “Anemic Cinema,” showcases Tokuda’s mastery of dub-like spatial effects, resulting in an ethereal interplay between fragmented Tolerance elements and oceanic soundscapes. Evoking tactile ASMR-like sensations and skillfully integrating foreign components, Tokuda’s music transcends conventional boundaries, revealing hidden patterns amidst hard, distorted sounds. Ex.Hale is the brainchild of Italian multi-disciplinary artist Francesco Presotto.

Ex. Hale’s music is characterised by dark, atmospheric textures that is driven by a modern vision of club music. The project is focused on the deconstruction of common compositional standards with the addition of crushing rhythm structures that establishes the unusual framework of Ex.Hale’s subversive approach.

With releases on Sonic Groove, Rudiment, and Voidance, in addition to soundtracks for fashion runways and design companies and to an increasing number of performances in clubs, museums and festivals around Europe, Ex.Hale has become a formidable force in electronic and experimental music.
