MIRA Shindento

MIRA 新伝統 presents a monthly series ‘Tragic Rave’. Musical tales, rituals and propaganda from Japan subterraneans.

MIRA 新伝統 is a Tokyo based performance and audiovisual production unit created by Honami Higuchi and Raphael Leray.After their first project, the short movie “ Torque ” released in 2019 on the viennese label AMEN , they’ve takenon the club scene, introducing performance art and rituals to the Tokyo rave crowd.

They are also currently art directors for the Asian branch of the art platform Ultrasudio .

Sainte Marina is a Paris-based/born Lebanese transdisciplinary artist. Her work encompasses visual arts, writing and music. Both producing and djing, she creates ghostly melodies that are floating across dark ambient, deconstructed, noise & industrial music. Her sets are build as liquid narratives haunted by voices taken from samples ranging from political archives to poetry.
