AN(8)x is a Berlin-based artist group that curates hybrid art events with a focus on audiovisual performances, dedicated to amplify the voices of queer, FLINTA with ESEA background. Driven by a passion for radical artistic experimentation and community engagement, we are creating a platform to showcase the rich musical tapestry of East and SouthEast Asia, bringing in the hyper-regional sound and vision of raw creative forces hailing from the area’s vibrant underground scene. With each heartfelt gathering, we want to celebrate the diversity of our artistic heritages and empower transcultural exchange between our intersecting worldwide communities.

AN(8)X will start to share some great tunes with you on our monthly radio show with HKCR, starting from this September. The first episode is a group mix, meaning that the five of us all contributed to a collective playlist, then eventually the tracks were mixed by @bianyachichi and @kjjabber.
