How do u come up with track name? Like ‘nobody listen to techno anymore,’ ‘I used to hate acid,’ are ironically good names on acid/techno tracks.

Haha it’s funny you ask this because sometimes the name of the track cames to me before i even finish the track. And i think i choose this kind of names in techno tracks because techno is sometimes now a days bonded to some dark deep stuff and for me techno is the funniest thing in the world, producing it o dancing it at clubs, its funny and also its queer and we should not forget about that.

What do you think of club culture & its function during this pandemic, in the society of failed democracy ? How’s things in Barcelona?

So in my case, with this whole pandemic year i could realize that club culture is way more important than i tought it was. Club culture its not just go out and dance, its way more than just the nightlife at clubs. Its a whole support for an unhappy society, its a community made by people for people, thats my pov, that’s what club culture represents to me, a safe and happy place. Im not saying that’s the same for everybody cause im a raver, way more and way before than being a dj, maybe for a club manager “club culture” is another completely different thing you know. 

In Barcelona things are fucked up, culture is completely dying because government doesn’t give a shit about it and they’re not realizing that what is happening right now with culture may not be reparable.

Also from a raver/DJ POV, community is almost the core value of making parties for me, is there any Barcelona based collective of dance music / visual artist etc u would recommend ??

Just in time because im planning to start a new project in Barcelona to try to unify a little bit more the deconstructed” club scene that i like to be part of. There are some good local things happening tho like Club marabú, Hardcore Wizards, now a new label called Syndicate of Creatures that got lots of things coming, also a party that was kicking it last year called Maquina total. And i think there’s more but this is what came to my head right now.
