Jesús es músico, gestor cultural y co-fundador del colectivo Martirio. Su proyecto Maga nace desde la teoría y la exploración cuando comenzó a componer música electrónica a los 17 años. Un año después inició su carrera de DJ al formar su dúo Escorpio. La mayor influencia sonora de Maga proviene del club latino, el bass y el hard drum. Durante su trayectoria ha participado en sellos y compilados de países como México, Perú, Francia, Alemania, Uruguay y Chile. Ha sido destacado en medios como Fact mag, Bandcamp daily, Tectónica, Ciudad Sonora, La última sensación, Sounds and Colors y Remezcla. Tras lanzar su EP homónimo en vinilo por Infinito Audio, su segundo EP “Altar” fue publicado por Salviatek (UY) en diciembre de 2020. El mismo año colaboró en el proyecto de musicalización del archivo histórico ARCA de la USACH.

Jesús is a musician, cultural manager and co-founder of Martirio collective. His project Maga born from theory and exploration when he began composing electronic music at the age of 17. A year later he kicked off his DJ career by forming the duo Scorpio. Maga’s main sonic influence comes from Latin club, bass and hard drum. During his career, he has participated in labels and compilations from countries such as Mexico, Peru, France, Germany, Uruguay and Chile. He has been featured in media platforms such as Fact mag, Bandcamp daily, Tectónica, Ciudad Sonora, La última sensación, Sounds and Colors and Remezcla. After releasing his eponymous EP on vinyl by Infinito Audio, his second EP “Altar” was published by Salviatek (UY) in December 2020. The same year he collaborated in the music project for the ARCA historical archive of the USACH.
