Known as Sanjonas, Yonaz Kristy is a Yogyakarta-based artist, graphic designer, electronic music producer, and DJ since 2012. Most of the time, he spends surfing the internet, playing RPG games, reading manga, and listening to everything from bass to experimental, club to eclectic music. As a result, he has largely created a sound that combines different information of regions.

Formed in 2018 in Yogyakarta by Yahya Dwi Kurniawan, Uji Hahan Handoko, Lana Pranaya & Rangga Sang Eshayoga, Bagas Oktariyan Ananta, & Dito Satriawan. Prontaxan are known for their electrifying and high powered live sets, a potent catharsis from the pressures of contemporary society. Prontaxan believes that to dance is a basic human need and they are committed to bringing the spirit of party and celebration wherever they go.

In an era of information overload and ease of access to technology, PRONTAXAN trawls YouTube and the interweb for obscure and forgotten music, utilizing MP3 controllers, microphones for recall and repetition, sampling and remixing lost favorites. This curation of verses echoed by PRONTAXAN is in celebration of the complexity of electronic music in SEA, blending dangdut, campursari and the native sounds of the Archipelago — more popularly known as Funkot. PRONTAXAN’s choice of Funkot explores the implications of music consumption and its relationship to social class.

Jakarta-based party series showcasing queer and femme talents–now on air!

As a kid, Skeletale was in charge of smuggling cassette tapes to class and picking songs to be played after school. Old habits die hard, and she’s still doing the same thing more than a decade later—this time on urban dance floors.

Starting out as a selector, she’s grown to develop her sound as a DJ with a curation of tracks that transcend time: from proto house and italo disco to hi-NRG, EBM, and new wave. Always inspired by the camp and excess of decades past, she has a special affinity for shimmering synths, driving basslines, and sexy choruses.

In 2022 she co-founded Club Vixxxen, a genre-bending club night showcasing queer femme talents where dressing up is encouraged and self-expression is mandatory.

Thobie Buntaran (b. 1993), known by the alias Loreng, is an audiovisual artist and 3D designer based in Indonesia. He co-founded the Bast Cultura & Plumbah collective and also organizes an underground party series called Java Heat Neo Tropica and Bobbins across the country. Despite the diverse genres, he draws strong inspiration from the worldwide underground electronic music scene and challenges established benchmarks in the local scene. Loreng combines music and visual design to create an alternate universe that illustrates the post-apocalyptic epoch, which serves as the main theme and narrative of his series: Java Heat Neo Tropica, and his experimental design studio, Santuari Studio.
