“Passif (meaning passive or bottom in French) is the founder of the Parisian queer party and artistic collective : Griffes d’anges (angel claws) named after the eponym psycho-erotic graphic novel by moebius and jodorowsky. Even if the collective is relatively young their members succeed to impose their different artistic approach on the Parisian techno scene. Defending the radical side of electronic music and the queer community, Passif found his community in the bdsm underground party scene where he was able to blend experimental music with rough industrial and hyper techno.
In this more experimental set, Passif offer us a violent catharsis of anger, frustration and despair while always preserving a combative vitality and a sens of humor.”
