For the final Happy Together of 2020, I asked my all-time favourite DJ, Cloudy Ku to join me for a back to back set on her terms. For this set I’ve attempted to match her in style, energy, and speed, creating this Techno set together that starts off smooth and gets a little messy, ending around 155BPM.

I really hope that everyone can enjoy the mix and has some fun with it.

“Electromagnetic Conversations: An attempt to contact the ghost of Michael Jackson through the radio”

7 months into heavy lockdown In Melbourne I found myself recording an unhealthy amount of samples from clicking randomly on a digital radio tuner. This lead to the wonderful world of electronic voice phenomenon and the work of Latvian Intellectual Konstantin Raudive and Russian/Swedish Painter and Video producer Friedrich Jürgenson.

This edition of Happy Together is presented as a hybrid DJ set including a collection of my own explorations using radio sampling and electromagnetic frequencies to converse with ghosts-> in particular, the ghost of the late great Michael Jackson.
