Each episode features music selected for the vigil plus excerpts from books recited by different guests and accompanied by a soundtrack scored by freddie Murphy

freddie Murphy had been one of the main members of the Italian band Father Murphy, releasing a series of concept albums based around the idea of expressing the sound of the Catholic sense of guilt. Before ending the project in 2018 with a final album in the form of a Requiem for the band itself, the duo played extensively across Europe, UK, North America, Australia and Russia, highlights including performances at Venice Biennale (Italy), Le Guess Who Festival!? and Roadburn Festival (Netherlands), Dark Mofo Festival (Australia), Bulgarian National Radio’s Concert Hall (Bulgaria), Cafe Oto (U.K.), Gerlesborg School of Fine Art (Sweden), Boston Paramount Theatre (US), Lincoln Music Hall (US), Arcosanti Foundation (US), SKIFF Festival (Russia).Together with Chiara Lee he is now composing music for motion pictures, art installations and reading. Films with their original soundtrack were selected, among others,  by Locarno Film Festival (Switzerland), MoMA Fortnight Doc Festival (NYC, USA), Karlovy Vary Film Festival (Czech Republic), Torino Film Festival (Italy), Cinéma du Réel (France), Dok Leipzig (Germany).
