Taste of Blue

Electronic music producer and DJ based in Hong Kong with a background in hardcore bands, Taste of Blue’s style combines industrial, cyber, and broken beat elements, specializing in mixing Techno, Breaks, Electro, Bass and other different genres.

TOB is active in local parties & festivals. He has been invited to perform in Macau, Beijing, Thailand, Japan and Taiwan with more than 500+ gigs experience. 

He has served as the support DJ for international artists such as Lawrence Lee, DJ AYA, DJ Maria, and Marum. He is also residency DJing at W hotel HK. TOB founded the party label No Man Zone and is also a core member of Abyss852. The two brands he participates in are closely connected to the electronic music scenes across Asia and Berlin.

With a versatile identity spanning painting, graphic design, product design, and copywriting, she is a nature lover who deeply cares about environmental, social, and human rights issues, as well as mental states and the connection between humanity, the natural world and society. Each track selection reflects her current soul state, using music to express thoughts and emotions.

Her music selection spans Ambient and IDM to experimental, Dnb, Breaks, Hard Drum, and Rave, crafting unique musical spaces. Passionate about nature, she incorporates natural sounds into her mixes for the ANKR label in Taiwan, using emotive storytelling to convey the pulse of her music. She avoids boredom by favoring quirky experimental elements, resulting in a restless and multifaceted musicality. You can catch her on Hong Kong Radio (HKCR) ”ζETACORE”. Currently living in Budapest continuing her explorations.

Lujiachi
An experimental electronic DJ/producer from Taipei, is a prominent figure in Taiwan’s revolutionary electronic music scene. Regularly found in influential venues such as Final, Lujiachi has even been invited to the Amsterdam Dance Event and has toured extensively in countries like Japan, China, UK and Netherlands. In 2022, Lujiachi released the EP “Mantis” under the Taiwanese avant-garde label OverMyBody. This EP, firmly rooted in the textures of Techno and Industrial genres, features powerful percussion-driven sounds with minimal emphasis on melody, capturing Lujiachi’s distinctive musical aesthetics when performing under his own name.

Lujiachi’s musical journey has been diverse. He was a member of the Drone Metal band Scattered Purgatory and, together with Jon Du, formed the side project LUDU, which seamlessly blends the dual personalities of digital synthesis and sample processing. This duality is evident in Lujiachi’s music, showcased through works like “0”, released under Hong Kong label Absurd Trax, and his contribution to Sea Cucumber, a label under Tzusing, in the “FINAL Taipei Compilation.” In 2024, Lujiachi collaborated with Argentine producer Bungalovv on the joint album “Apex Union”, delving deeper into digital sound modulation. Lujiachi has continued to experiment and fuse various electronic elements, encompassing genres from metal and heavy/high-speed dance music to IDM and Taiwanese-style rave.
