Like a virus, Vangoth666 holds no allegiances, operating off pure instinct, it feeds off the intangible (spirits) of the moment, unearthing dormant affinities in disorder. Vangoth666 mutates and flourishes within a fertile ground of hidden forces. Influenced heavily by the harsh and existential sounds of post metal, punk and noise, tempered by earworm pop music and the melancholic haze of shoegaze, energized by choppy hip-hop and breakcore, Vangoth666 finds ways to cannibalize its multitude of hosts, destroying old pathogens, metastasizing into a radical new sound. PARODYSE CITY is a broken requiem that grapples with the simmering turbulence of an incomprehensible and oppressive reality.
