Breaking Friday’s Sofia PC invites Ao Wu – 31/08/24

One of the members of brand organizations such as Silver Capital and
KIKIWAWA, the resident DJ is at FINAL Taipei, not only the Club
Hobbies kpop, animation and other elements, in addition to DJ identity, from time to time to participate in artistic creation, advertising, image film and other soundtrack production, graphic design, etc…He has released his creations on labels such as Eternal Dragonz, Absurd TRAX in Hong Kong, and Genome 6.66 Mbp in Shanghai. He has been invited to record radio stations NTS, HKCR, and Netil Radio, and regularly holds events as “Silver Capital”, and also appears in underground scenes such as eel Festival, Tokyo, Korea, etc., which are classic new electronic music festivals in Asia 2023.

Fresh Episode of Bøne Broth on Hong Kong Community Radio featuring ETRA aka Nathan Rush, a diverse bass and breaks producer from the West Midlands, UK. He Began his production journey in 2014 as a means of escapism whilst living in a youth hostel. He delves into Jungle, Techno, Footwork, and 140 with his music spanning various labels such as 4NCY, Nü Kvlture, Optikal Dubs, B&H Records, and Excess, as well as multiple self releases & an EP on our own label as well, titled ‘Sertraline Dreams’. For this show he dives into fast paced groovy techno that will keep us vibing till the very end.

R9FlA RADIO W/ Bakongo – 13/08/24

Bakongo would have EP’s once every so often in the mix of RKS label releases for Roska. Bakongo would see more of a request in favour of styles LA based record label Pink Turban. 2019 saw Wayne wanting to change his style and focus more on Bakongo adding elements of Techno, Tribal House and keeping the genre bending elements we’re used to hearing into one. Which led closely to his Livity Sound EP.

Breakling Friday’s: Sofía PC invites XAN – 29/06/2024

XAN is a sound designer and artist from Taipei. Currently working as a resident DJ at Hong Kong Radio Station HKCR. With multi-faceted XAN, in addition to performing in the art field and parties, I also work as a freelance model.

Born in Taiwan, grew up in Tokyo. I have been growing up in changing environments since I was a child, and I have been exposed to different cultures. I have cultivated the spirit of being unpredictable and breaking through limitations. A selection of music is provided on a regular basis, perhaps Baile funk today and Drum & Bass or Hardcore the next. Try to create a situation, bring the viewer into it and listen, and then transform it into your own personal experience.

Bøne Broth w/ Bhayankar – 29/06/2024

Bhayankar is an electronic music project based in Delhi, led by the ingenious producer and artist, Madhur. With an unyielding passion for crafting groundbreaking sounds, Bhayankar’s live performances can be expected to embark on a truly psychotic experience with the integration of diverse styles and elements. Drawing inspiration from a diverse range of musical influences, from the rhythmic grooves of DnB to the soulful rhythms of UK Garage and the deep vibrations of dub, Bhayankar’s productions breathe life into the dancefloors. Among his notable releases are the mesmerizing singles “Black Rose” and “Love Me Like I Love You.” Bhayankar has also performed for DnB India in Bangalore and shared the stage with Australian artists Ekko and Sidetrack.

Bhayankar was also a part of the DnbIndia-curated NewDelhiMassive. Bhayankar’s most recent song is Made It, which is signed with Bøne.FM; he has also broadcast an hour-long set on Bøne Appetit! by Taktent Radio. Furthermore, Bhayankar’s creative prowess extends to the world of VIP edits and bootlegs, where he has lent his creative touch to reimagine and elevate existing tracks to new heights. This time around, Bhayankar has chosen a bit of a bouncy emotional story for this set and used a little bit of handpicked underground tunes with a touch of his Indian roots. It takes you on a rollercoaster ride of grooviness and teasing with Bhayankar’s upcoming unreleased IDs.
