Ninshū – 02/03/2021

Levan is a Live instrumentalist, singer, DJ and producer hailing from Tbilisi, Georgia. Being a member of Traum Schallplatten label and Critical Bookings agency roster, he performed at many reputable venues and festivals in Georgia, Estonia and Armenia. Current his music is released under the alias of “Ninshū” aka “Le Vancho”.

Ninshū’s musical development started from the childhood, when we was taking piano, guitar and vocal lessons, few years later he was a member of small indie rock band “The Fact”. After years of practice on creating his unique sound he came up with combining Live Performance & hybrid DJ sets using a multi instrumental setup and adding improvised Georgian ethnic vocals. That sound is completely unattached from todays ‘Fashion’ styles and typecast sub genres of electronic music.

His music is released on following labels: Traum Schallplatten / Smiley Fingers / Vintage Music Label / SP Recordings / Stoneddogs Records / Moonster Music / Soul Shift Music /

The Night shows no Dawn w/ freddie Murphy – 17/02/2021

What if the Sun won’t rise again?The Night shows no Dawn features words and tunes to sink into a dawn that may not come.
Each episode features music selected for the vigil plus excerpts from books recited by different guests and accompanied by a soundtrack scored by freddie Murphy. 

freddie Murphy had been one of the main members of the Italian band Father Murphy, releasing a series of concept albums based around the idea of expressing the sound of the Catholic sense of guilt. Before ending the project in 2018 with a final album in the form of a Requiem for the band itself, the duo played extensively across Europe, UK, North America, Australia and Russia, highlights including performances at Venice Biennale (Italy), Le Guess Who Festival!? and Roadburn Festival (Netherlands), Dark Mofo Festival (Australia), Bulgarian National Radio’s Concert Hall (Bulgaria), Cafe Oto (U.K.), Gerlesborg School of Fine Art (Sweden), Boston Paramount Theatre (US), Lincoln Music Hall (US), Arcosanti Foundation (US), SKIFF Festival (Russia).Together with Chiara Lee he is now composing music for motion pictures, art installations and reading. Films with their original soundtrack were selected, among others,  by Locarno Film Festival (Switzerland), MoMA Fortnight Doc Festival (NYC, USA), Karlovy Vary Film Festival (Czech Republic), Torino Film Festival (Italy), Cinéma du Réel (France), Dok Leipzig (Germany).

Illsee, scientific name 老慢, is an upright-walking primate, born and raised in the easternmost city of the Yangtze River Delta, Shanghai. Like other primates, Illsee is a social animal. She is known for her skill at using popular and non-mainstream music from the 80s to the present-day to express herself, exchange ideas and organize with other primates.  Illsee is active at night, because she is able to capture adult men and women lost in the streets, who might otherwise harm the city and disrupt the lives

Aghnie`s sound can be best described as industrial, noisy, abstract experimental club music. He is based in Tbilisi, Georgia. To date, he has released 2 official cassette tapes: Club Envy (ep) via Genot Centre 

and House of Spleen (split tape ep) via Crash Symbols, as well as digital self-released materials, most recent being DEMUR, available via his bandcamp page. He contributed to miscellaneous sound-art and site-specific installations and was featured in Kaltblut, Vice Italia, Tiny Mixtapes, AQNB and BORSHCH mags.
